Company History

Colby Loyd is the President of Transcend Construction Inc.. Colby Loyd has been working in the Construction Industry for 23 years.  He went to work for St. Andrews Environmental Fuel Systems in 1995, first working as a laborer and developing his skills and eventually working his way up to a Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager.  In 2014, the owner of St. Andrews decided to retire. Colby purchased the business and started Transcend Construction Inc. Most all of St. Andrews’s Long Term Employees that worked at St. Andrews are still with us today at Transcend.  The company continues the same values of St. Andrews of honesty, integrity, and quality.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide exceptional, personalized services that always exceed our Clients’ goals and expectations. We accomplish this by hiring and retaining best in class employees, the selective use of responsible, experienced contractors and by approaching the construction process with honesty and integrity. We treat every project, regardless of size or type, as something special and not “just another job”.  Our employees and sub-contractors come to work each day to do a good job because they want to and not because they have to. We want our job sites to be happy and productive places that people want to come to and give us their best on. Transcend is committed to long term customer relationships and maintaining controlled, well thought outgrowth. By doing all of these things on every job, we maintain our record of success with of our employees, our sub-contractors, our suppliers and our clients.
